We are committed to providing users with a secure and fair trading platform. To fulfill this commitment, we have formulated relevant agreement terms and policies. This agreement, together with other policies, constitutes the complete terms governing your use of the website and services of Yiwu Cujia Trading Co., Ltd. It regulates your access and usage, and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements on the same subject matter. It sets out our expectations for users, security protection measures adopted by us, and problem-solving mechanisms.
Please read this agreement thoroughly before clicking to accept it during registration. Carefully review and fully understand all clauses, especially those concerning liability exemption or limitation, applicable laws and dispute resolution. Clauses exempting or restricting liabilities are marked with bold underlines for emphasis. Feel free to consult CJ customer service if you have any questions.
CJ delivers services via its website and mobile applications, including all information, goods and services available on the site, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and statements published by CJ. By registering an account or placing orders, you acknowledge participation in our services and consent to be bound by these terms, as well as other provisions incorporated by hyperlinks. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, suppliers, merchants and content contributors. Accessing any part of the platform indicates your acceptance. You cannot use the services if you disagree with any clause herein. These terms constitute the entire binding arrangement between both parties.
Newly launched functions and tools are also subject to these terms. You may check the latest version on this page at any time. We reserve the right to revise, update or replace any content by posting notifications online. You are responsible for monitoring amendments, and revisions will also be notified via email or system alerts. Continued platform access after updates takes effect signifies acceptance of changes.
Multiple language versions are available. In case of interpretation discrepancies, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail as the official authentic text.
Completing registration means you have fully read, understood and accepted all provisions, and voluntarily entered into a binding contractual relationship as a registered user. Terminate registration immediately if you object to any clause.
Given rapid internet industry development, this agreement cannot cover all rights and obligations. Rules issued or duly notified by CJ from time to time, including legal statements, privacy policy, platform regulations and dispute settlement rules, serve as supplementary agreements with equal legal validity. Your use of platform services implies recognition of such supplementary terms.

1. User Guidelines

  1. User Eligibility
    You confirm that you possess full civil capacity stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China or your residential country prior to registration. You and your guardian shall bear full liabilities for consequences arising from insufficient legal capacity.
  2. Platform access and service use are conditional on compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. You acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy governing personal data protection and processing by Yiwu Cujia Trading Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, and authorize CJ to collect, use, disclose and share your personal information accordingly.
  4. All content and materials obtained from the platform shall only be used for authorized purposes and shall not be applied to unauthorized or illegal activities.
  5. CJ may provide hyperlinks, APIs and other access channels to third-party platforms. We exercise no control over external websites and assume no liability for their content, products or services. Please review third-party terms independently.
  6. Do not conduct acts that damage computer systems or network security, nor access unauthorized network resources.
  7. Tampering with feedback mechanisms, including fake positive reviews or unsubstantiated negative comments, is prohibited.
  8. Headings and keywords are for reference only and shall not affect clause interpretation.
  9. No agency, partnership, employment or franchise relationship is established between CJ and users.
  10. Invalid or unenforceable clauses shall be removed, while remaining provisions stay enforceable.
  11. Non-exercise or delayed exercise of legal rights does not constitute waiver.
  12. CJ may assign its rights and obligations under this agreement to any individual or entity including affiliates. Users are not allowed to transfer contractual rights without consent.
  13. Offering excessive benefits such as cash, gifts, labor services or travel perks to CJ staff shall be deemed commercial bribery. CJ reserves the right to terminate cooperation and claim compensation for economic and reputational losses.
  14. We maintain monitoring mechanisms to safeguard legitimate user interests. Due to massive data volume and virtual trading features, CJ cannot verify product quality, legality and authenticity one by one. Users shall conduct independent judgment and report harmful content timely.
Key cross-border trading risks:
(1) Goods comply with Chinese quality and safety standards, which may differ from local regulations in your region. Related risks shall be borne by yourself.
(2) Products may not carry local language labels.
(3) Items conform to China intellectual property laws but may infringe rights in destination countries. Users waive claims against CJ for relevant disputes.
  1. Production and procurement delays may occur for hot-selling goods. Refunds and mutually agreed solutions will be arranged through negotiation.

2. User Account

  1. Registration requires valid civil capacity.
  2. Accounts remain proprietary property of CJ. Users obtain personal usage rights only and shall not transfer, rent, sell or share accounts with third parties.
  3. Submitted personal details including username, contact information and bank accounts must be true, accurate and complete. You shall take accountability for losses caused by false information. Violation of naming rules may result in account name revocation.
  4. CJ reserves the right to approve or reject service access based on information authenticity. Update personal details promptly whenever changes occur.
  5. Accounts can be used across affiliated platforms. Users shall abide by relevant service agreements of third-party products.
  6. Users are solely responsible for password security. CJ never actively requests login credentials. All operations under your account are deemed personally conducted acts. We are not liable for losses from password leakage, hacking or fraud.
  7. Encryption technology is adopted for data protection, yet absolute network security cannot be guaranteed. Protect personal information prudently.
  8. Notify our team immediately once information leakage is detected.
  9. Report unauthorized account access promptly. CJ will respond within reasonable time but cannot guarantee full risk prevention. No liability applies except for intentional misconduct by CJ.
  10. All activities under user accounts are regarded as authorized behaviors.
  11. Multi-person account sharing may incur irreversible damages. CJ offers no compensation for user losses arising from shared usage and may claim indemnification for platform losses. Account suspension or termination can be enforced accordingly.
  12. Negative remarks or unauthorized third-party dispute filing may lead to account suspension or termination, with compensation claims reserved.
  13. User data will be stored and kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  14. You consent to receive commercial promotions and system notifications. Relevant advertising display preferences can be adjusted via built-in settings.
  15. Supported payment methods include CJ Wallet, credit card, PayPal, Stripe and Payoneer.
  16. Login restrictions and protective measures may be applied upon detection of abnormal account activities.
  17. Verbal or written insults and threats towards platform staff will trigger immediate account termination.

3. Platform Services

Founded in 2014, the company entered the dropshipping industry in 2015 and officially launched the CJ platform in 2018. We focus on global dropshipping, serving sellers operating on Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Lazada, Shopee and other mainstream marketplaces. Merchants handle marketing businesses while we undertake procurement, order fulfillment and international logistics. Additional available services are listed below subject to real-time functional updates:

3.1 Commodity Services

Mass product listings with specifications, inventory and pricing details are displayed. Product information is subject to real-time updates without prior notice.

3.2 Product Sourcing

Submit sourcing requests with pictures, links and descriptions. Items will be searched within two working days. Sourced products may have minor differences from requirements, finalized by actual purchased goods.

3.3 Order Processing

  • Automatic order synchronization from authorized stores
  • Bulk order upload via CSV templates
  • Manual order creation
  • Order splitting and merging
  • Automated invoice generation after payment confirmation

3.4 Store Management

Support store migration, multi-store operation and staff sub-account authorization.
  • One-click product listing with users responsible for timely information updates
  • External review import without CJ verification obligation
  • Product association management with users bearing liabilities for outdated details

3.5 Fulfillment Services

Professional order processing and customized delivery arrangements.

3.6 Logistics Services

Arranged transportation and real-time tracking updates.

3.7 Warehousing Services

Overseas warehouse dispatch and exclusive private inventory storage.

3.8 Print-on-Demand Service

Customized pattern and logo printing. Non-quality related customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3.9 Custom Packaging

Personalized outer packaging solutions. No return or exchange without quality defects.

3.10 Distribution Partnership

Eligibility to join CJ distribution program.

3.11 Shooting Service

Paid product photography and video production.

4. Fee Charges

  1. Basic platform services are free of charge except specified paid items such as withdrawal fees. Reasonable service charges will be announced in advance with sufficient notification period if pricing adjustments take place in the future.
  2. Free access covers app download, website browsing and account registration. Charged items include product value, shipping cost, shooting fees, customized packaging, private inventory deposit, sourcing packages, supplier service fees and quality inspection charges. Users bear all taxes, network and hardware expenses incurred during transactions.
  3. Settlement errors caused by system maintenance will be corrected within 1 to 2 working days. Overcharged funds will be refunded and outstanding payments collected retroactively.

5. Account Recharge Rules

  1. Wallet balance can be used to settle orders and service fees.

  • Above €45,000.01: 2% rebate
  1. Funds can be withdrawn to original payment accounts including Payoneer, PayPal and credit cards within 1 to 5 working days.
  2. Accepted recharge channels: international bank transfer, wire transfer and cryptocurrency.
  3. Wallet balance can offset order payments. Deducted amounts will be returned upon successful refunds.

6. Logistics Services

  1. Multiple shipping options including CJPacket series and DHL are available with varied rates and transit time. Shipping costs can be estimated via official tools.
  2. Pre-collected freight fees are provisional quotations. Supplementary charges apply if actual weight and volume exceed estimated figures.
  3. Postal delivery is the only option for remote regions with limited flight frequency. Tracking updates may not be displayed completely. Contact local post offices directly for undelivered parcels. Disputes shall be handled in accordance with refund regulations.
  4. Customs clearance delays and difficulties frequently occur in areas including Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Eswatini, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Réunion, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana. Logistics disputes are resolved subject to official policies.
  5. Track shipments via official or third-party inquiry portals. Local postal consultation is required for untraceable remote deliveries.
  6. Shipping prices adjust periodically following carrier revisions. Updates will be notified by email and system messages.
  7. Volumetric weight calculation applies for bulky goods. Additional fees will be charged if volumetric weight exceeds actual weight.
  8. Redelivery fees shall be paid by users for returns caused by incorrect addresses and unreachable recipients. No compensation is offered if re-delivery service is unavailable.
  9. Extra remote surcharges apply for deliveries to isolated destinations.
  10. CJ assumes no compensation liabilities for damage, loss or delay caused by:
  • Force majeure events including natural disasters, wars, strikes, policy changes and violent incidents
  • Natural wear and inherent commodity defects
  • User-caused failure to receive parcels
Free temporary storage is provided by overseas carriers. Unclaimed goods will be disposed of after the storage period without fund reimbursement.

7. Email Notification Service

Subscription users receive marketing alerts, price adjustments, product recommendations and account updates. Unsubscribe functions are accessible at any time. CJ is not responsible for losses from unread notifications.

8. User Code of Conduct

  1. All platform activities shall comply with this agreement and published supplementary rules.
  2. Prohibited behaviors:
  • Unauthorized or malicious service abuse
  • Publishing content endangering national security, involving obscenity, violence, defamation and illegal information
  • Infringing intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy and reputation of third parties
  • Fabricating false transaction data and reviews
  • Network attack, virus spreading and system sabotage
  • Reverse engineering and unauthorized program modification
  • Using plug-ins and exploiting system loopholes for improper gains
  • Violating laws, public morality and legitimate rights of others
  1. Commercial reproduction, unauthorized content rearrangement and malicious traffic manipulation are forbidden without written approval.
  2. API Specification
    Users shall submit valid interface credentials. Full accountability rests with users for disputes arising from incorrect data transmission. Prompt notification is required for interface version upgrades.
  3. Users take full responsibility for published content and associated risks. Information involving illegal, subversive, discriminatory, fraudulent and malicious elements cannot be uploaded or disseminated.

9. Partner Platforms

Authorized third-party cooperators cover Shopify, DHL, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, Shopmaster, WooCommerce, Payoneer and Shipstation. Users shall independently check external platform terms. CJ bears no legal liabilities for operations conducted on linked third-party sites.

10. Data Protection

Personal information is collected to optimize service quality:
  1. Manually submitted registration and order details
  2. Automatically recorded browsing logs, cookies and interactive behaviors
  3. Shipping data synchronized from mini-program operators
  4. Sensitive identification information required for customs clearance
  5. Authorized store data including orders, inventory and delivery addresses. CJ reserves rights to revise relevant information for order fulfillment.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  1. All texts, graphics, logos, images, software and database resources on the platform are protected by Chinese and international copyright laws, owned by CJ or licensed suppliers.
  2. Unauthorized reproduction and infringement will result in claims covering direct and indirect losses, litigation fees, attorney fees and investigation expenses.
  3. Alleged infringing content will be removed upon valid complaints without additional liability.
  4. CJ does not warrant legality of user-submitted sourcing demands. We assist coordination for quality and intellectual property disputes without ultimate liability.
  5. Original content posted by users remains owned by the publisher, granting CJ non-exclusive usage, reproduction and distribution authorization for platform operation.
  6. Processed commercial data derived from legitimate sorting belongs exclusively to CJ.
  7. Report rights violations and irregular activities timely. Corresponding removal, blocking and restriction measures will be implemented.
  8. Platform content does not represent official CJ opinions. All users acknowledge full acceptance of these terms upon page access.

12. Personal Information and Privacy Protection

  1. User privacy is strictly protected. We only collect necessary data for service provision without unauthorized secondary usage.
  2. Multi-layer security mechanisms prevent unauthorized data access and disclosure.
  3. Personal data can be legally acquired, stored and shared in compliance with regulations. Confidential private content will not be disclosed without consent.
  4. Behavioral data collected via cookies can be used anonymously for commercial analysis. Cookie settings can be cleared manually via browser options.
